SINGAPORE: JTC Corporation is putting an industrial land site in Serangoon North out to public tender.

It is a 2.9 hectare plot in Serangoon North Avenue 4 and is the industrial site to be offered by the Government this year.

The previous 3 sites, located at Tuas South Avenue, Bedok North Avenue and Woodlands Industrial Park, were launched by the Urban Redevelopment Authority earlier.

It is a 60-year leasehold site which can be used for a wide range of business, from catering and telecoms to warehousing.

The closing date for the tender is 20th June. - CNA /dt
