SINGAPORE : There will be no change in CPF interest rates and HDB mortgage rate for the next quarter from the July 1 to September 30.

The CPF Board will continue to pay interest of 2.5 percent per annum for CPF savings in the Ordinary Account and 4 percent for savings in the Medisave Account, Special Account, and Retirement Account.

The concessionary interest rate for HDB mortgage loans, which is pegged at 0.1 percentage point above the CPF interest rate for the Ordinary Account, will also remain unchanged at 2.6 percent per annum.

The CPF interest rate is reviewed quarterly against the major local banks' interest rates.
