POLLING RESULTS FOR THE LUP B4 AT BEDOK SOUTH AVENUE 2/ROAD PRECINCT

Flat owners in the Bedok South Avenue 2/Road precinct had voted for the Lift Upgrading Programme offered to them.

Polling was conducted from 7 to 10 July 2006 and all eight blocks (Blks 36-37 and 39-44) obtained the 75% support level for the programme to proceed.

Construction work for the precinct will commence on 1Q 07 and is expected to be completed in 3Q 09.

Inclusive of this precinct, currently, out of 979 HDB blocks which have undergone polling for the LUP, 948 blocks have obtained the 75% support level for the programme.
