SINGAPORE : Another property located near Orchard Road is being put up for collective sale by tender.

The property, Futura, sits on a 87,034 sq ft site at Leonie Hill Road.

It has a maximum plot ratio of 2.8, which translates into a gross floor area of 244,000 sq ft.

The site can be developed into a 36-storey condominium.

Based on an average unit size of about 1,600 sq ft, the site can hold 137 residential units.
