URA to launch tender for site on Sinaran Drive

SINGAPORE: The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will launch the tender for a site on Sinaran Drive in about two weeks' time.

This after the URA received an application from a developer who has committed to bid at least $92 million dollars for the site.

The plot is the fourth hotel site to be triggered for sale under the reserve list of the government's land sales programme this year.

Under the Reserve List system, the site will only be put up for tender if the URA receives a firm bid that meets its minimum sale price.

The 0.6 hectare site has a plot ratio of 4.2 and is located near the Novena MRT station. - CNA/so
