Chyau Fwu Development to build its first residential project at Grange Rd

SINGAPORE : Chyau Fwu Development is embarking on its first residential development project in Singapore.
This follows the group's first commercial property completed in 2002 - Parkview Square along North Bridge Road.
The new luxury residential project at Grange Road will also be designed by US-based architect James Adams, featuring Parkview Square's art deco architecture.
While not revealing the number of units, Chyau Fwu says they will be apartments ranging from 3,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
Chyau Fwu believes that the Singapore market is ready for its latest offering, and that it will appeal in particular to wealthy international property buyers.
The group says it hopes to set a new benchmark pricing for projects in the area, which is last known to have transacted at about S$1,800 psf.
The building's design will be unveiled next year, and the project is expected to be launched in the first half of 2007. - CNA /ls
