Two freehold residential sites on Killiney Road have been put up for sale by tender.

The first site is a 16-storey residential development, which houses 44 apartment units at 147, Killiney Road.

Owners of the 40,000-square-foot site are expecting up to S$96 million.

The site is zoned for residential use with a gross plot ratio of 2.8, which can accommodate a building of up to 10 storeys.

The asking price works out to S$835-S$852 per square foot per plot ratio.

The second and smaller site is at 118-128 Killiney Road, which spans 10,000 square feet and has a gross plot ratio of 2.8.

It has an asking price range of up to S$23 million or S$820 per square foot per plot ratio.

URA has granted outline permission for the re-development of a 30-unit, six-storey apartment, with shops on the first storey.

The tender for the two sites, which is being handled by Colliers International, will close in mid-July. - CNA/ir
