MCL Land bags SingTel's former training centre site for S$102.5m

SINGAPORE : MCL Land has clinched the site that used to house SingTel's training centre at the corner of Hillcrest and Dunearn Roads for $102.5 million.

This is SingTel's fourth successful sale of redevelopment sites.

The 256,000 square foot parcel was previously zoned for utility purposes.

The Singapore Land Authority has given the green light for residential properties to be built on the site.

It has also agreed to upgrade the lease of the land to 99 years.

The prime residential development site has been granted provisional planning approval for two-storey landed terrace houses with attic and basement car park.
