Two Good Class Bungalow land sites in Cornwall Gardens up for sale

SINGAPORE : Two large parcels of adjoining Good Class Bungalow (GCB) land at Cornwall Gardens, off Holland Road, are being put up for sale.

According to the marketing agent, Savills, the plots are being offered through a so-called "expression of interest", which means potential buyers must first make a monetary offer for the land.

The two parcels have a combined area of about 71,000 square feet.

The Cornwall Gardens sites, within the exclusive District 10 neighbourhood, have the potential to be subdivided into four GCB parcels for redevelopment.

The four plots of land are expected to fetch around S$550 psf per plot or almost S$39 million for the entire site.
