SINGAPORE : A freehold residential development along Leng Kee Road, The Merlot, will be launched for sale this weekend.

It comprises a 15-storey building of 42 apartment units, ranging from 517 to 1,098 sq ft each.

The units are priced from S$680 per sq ft.

The development is expected to get its temporary occupancy permit in June 2009.

It will have facilities including a swimming pool and a children's playground. - CNA/ms
