Sim Lian, Orion-One win industrial site tenders from JTC Corp

SINGAPORE : JTC Corp has awarded tenders for two industrial sites.

Sim Lian Development won the tender for an industrial site at Ubi Avenue 4/Ubi Link measuring 38,577 square metres in total size.

The tender price amounted to S$39.9 million, or S$414.74 per square metre.

The other industrial site at Serangoon North Avenue 4 was awarded to Orion-One Development who was the highest bidder.

The Serangoon site, which measures 29,225 square metres in size, was sold at S$312.06 per square metre for a price tag of $22.8 million.
