Developers invited to put Woodsville Close site up for tender Posted: 23 November 2006 1821 hrs SINGAPORE : Developers are being invited to apply to put a reserve site at Woodsville Close up for tender. The 99-year leasehold site, next to the Potong Pasir MRT station, is zoned for residential development. It spans about 0.38 hectares and has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.8. The site can generate a maximum permissible gross floor area of about 11,000 square metres. The Woodsville Close parcel is one of the sites in the Government Land Sales Reserve List for the second half of 2006. This means the parcel will only be put up for tender if it receives a minimum bid price that is acceptable to the government. - CNA/ms
