SC Global says it has sold out Thr3e Thre3 Robin development

SC Global says it has sold out one of its luxury property developments after two years.

Thr3e Thre3 Robin, in the Balmoral-Steven roads area, was originally launched at an average price of about S$1,100 per square foot.

But recent transactions for the freehold 36-unit development have exceeded S$1,400 per square foot.

The highest at S$1,472 per square foot was clinched last month.
