Two boutique condo developments to be launched this weekend

SINGAPORE: Developers are gearing up to take advantage of the renewed interest in Singapore property now that the double Hungry Ghost Festival months is behind them.

Two properties that are to be launched this weekend are Buckley 18 in the Newton area and St Patrick's Loft in the East Coast.

Buckley 18 is a boutique development of 49 low-rise apartments.

Prices of the two, three and four bedroom units range from S$1.4m to S$3.1m.

St Patrick's Loft is another low-rise boutique development with 37 units.

Prices start from $627,000 dollars for a two-bedroom unit to $1.4m for a four-bedroom duplex unit. - CNA /dt
